Order Cancellation

We understand you may change your mind, therefore cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can mail us your cancellation request with your Order number at   cancelmyorder@snepgear.com or raise a TICKET in your account section or cancel button which is available in snepgear.com (Subject to availability of interface.)

     

      • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

      • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Return & Exchange policy will apply.

    Refund Policy

       

        • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

        • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

        • Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item(s), minus any shipping costs if applicable.

      Refund Timeline

         

          • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

          • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing.
