Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
What is SnepGear Exchange policy? How does it work?
SnepGear’s 7 days Size Exchange policy gives you the option to exchange items purchased from the website/app for size only within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
Exchange Fee: For all size exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of INR 99/- will be charged which will be included in the replacement order invoice. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange. The exchange fee is charged only once in case the original order is split and products are delivered separately.
Kindly note all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
The following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to our 7 days Size Exchange Policy:
- All product(s) to be Exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact (e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
- An exchange fee of INR 99/- applies to size exchange and will be included in the replacement order invoice.
- Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your Exchange Option to be updated beside your order in your SnepGear account.
- Please check the product(s), Reason of Exchange and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the product(s) mentioned at the time of submitting the size exchange request.
- In case the product(s) handed over to the courier executive doesn’t match the details of the product(s) mentioned in the size exchange request, the pickup of your order will be cancelled by the courier executive.
- Any size exchange for set/combo has to be carried out for the whole set/combo. Individual product(s) from the set/combo can’t be exchanged for size.
- Size exchange for the product(s) will take place as per the product(s) selected during the exchange process. SnepGear is not liable for any extra product(s) or wrong product(s) handed over to the courier executive at the time of pickup.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Proper images of the product(s) with tags should be uploaded at the time of initiating the size exchange process for the exchange request to be accepted. Invalid images uploaded during the exchange process will lead to rejection of the size exchange request.
How do I raise a second size exchange request for my order?
We do not have a second size exchange policy. However, if you still want to initiate the exchange an exchange fee of INR 250 will be applicable for a second exchange.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from SnepGear?
We strive to deliver the best quality standards. However in case you receive a damaged / defective product(s) we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery by raising a TICKET from your SnepGear Account or email us at customercare@snepgear.com After careful inspection of your issue raised we will replace the product(s) with the correct one.
When will my pickup for size exchange take place?
Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. However the reverse pickup solely depends on the service availability in your PIN CODE. In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to us and we will reimburse the courier charges up to INR 250 as applicable.
Why did the pick-up of my order fail?
We make three attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. We will reinitiate the pickup in such cases once you reach us by raising a TICKET from your SnepGear Account or email us at customercare@snepgear.com
How do I return product(s) purchased from SnepGear and get a refund?
Currently SnepGear doesn’t offer RETURNS & REFUNDS on order(s) which have been delivered. We offer only an exchange for size for the product(s) in your order.
In case you have any other issues with the order(s), kindly raise a TICKET from your SnepGear Account and we will try our best to provide a solution to your issue within 48 hrs of raising your TICKET.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on final sale/Clearance Sale
- Shoes, shocks, all inner wear for male and female
Disclaimer:
Leather is a natural material and tends to scratch, soften and change color with age. These do not constitute manufacturing defects. Wrinkle is a property of original leather; no exchange or refund will be provided for this. Leather being a natural material may vary slightly in color. Screen quality may also lead to slight mismatch in color in actual and product as displayed on the website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At snepgear.com we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require an order to be cancelled or a refund to be issued. Please see our cancellation and refund policy below:
Order Cancellation
We understand you may change your mind, therefore cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order, providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can mail us your cancellation request with your Order number at cancelmyorder@snepgear.com or raise a TICKET in your account section or cancel button which is available in snepgear.com (Subject to availability of interface.)
· Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
· To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team email cancelmyorder@snepgear.com
· If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Return & Exchange policy will apply.
India Marketing Company (SnepGear or snepgear.com) reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any request for exchange will be accepted after proper inspection of the exchange request and is under the sole discretion of SnepGear to Accept or Deny an Exchange Request.
