What if I receive a defective product?
Contact our customer service team and we will exchange the product. Proof of damage or wrong product delivered should be proved. Hence all customer are requested not to accept if the packaging is damaged or tempered. It is also mandatory to record a video of parcel opening. Proper video parcel opening should send to our customer care team. Please read our Exchange Policy.
